How many hours of study must my students do to pass my exams? There are no minimum required hours of study to take an Anglia Exam. What materials can I use to help my students prepare? There are a wide range of books available to help you prepare your candidates for their exam. A suggested booklist is available. There are also sample papers available on the website (Links to "Teaching Resources" - book list, and sample papers).
What if my student missed part of the exam? Normally a candidate must attempt ALL components to be awarded a grade. In certain circumstances, a candidate may be awarded a grade without taking all components of an examination. If a candidate misses any part of an examination, then you need to let your local representative know why they were unable to attend. A decision will then be made as to whether or not a grade can be awarded.
My student has a physical/learning difficulty. Can they still take an exam? Anglia Examinations Syndicate will make provisions to help candidates with special needs. These depend on the requirements. Further information can be found in Section 10 of the Administration Handbook, (available in Teacher section online - link) or contact Anglia direct at admin@anglia-examinations.co.uk

If you are not happy with your result, you can ask to have the mark re-checked, you can ask to have the papers re-marked, or you can request a copy of the examination scripts. There are charges for all of these services. In order to make an appeal, you need to direct it through your local representative. Full details of the appeals procedure can be found in Section 9 of the Administrative Handbook. (With Link)
